Thank you sincerely for your interest in the PetroPhase 2025 Conference!

After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to postpone the conference until summer 2026.

This decision was driven by a combination of lower-than-expected abstract submissions, reduced registrations, and a shortfall in major sponsorships, making it financially unfeasible to proceed this year. Compounding these challenges are the difficulties many professionals are facing due to travel-related constraints, particularly in securing timely travel approvals.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this postponement may cause.

 

While this decision was not taken lightly, we believe it is in the best interest of the community to act now rather than later. Our aim is to regroup and redouble our efforts to deliver an even more impactful and successful conference in 2026. We expect to announce the new dates for PetroPhase 2026 by the end of May, and the website will be updated accordingly.

 

We would like to retain your submitted abstract for next year. However, if you prefer not to carry it forward, we completely understand. Please let us know your preference either way.

Any registration fees already paid will be fully refunded in due course.
